2019 - CAL EVENT - Community Health Forum

The Austin/Travis County Community Health Plan is organizing several community forums in the Austin/Travis County area to give community members updates on the program and services being implemented to meet community needs. Community members are invited to attend this public meeting to learn more about available services and provide feedback on our health strategies. There will also be interactive exhibits for residents to engage with public health providers. • Food and refreshments will be provided • Live Spanish and Vietnamese interpretation will be available • Children's activities available • Presentations from local public health partners
