Burnout is an epidemic that most of us have struggled with in our lives. We reach a point where we are making decisions out of exhaustion and bitterness. We’re taught that if we can just work harder and hustle through the pain, we’ll find success. And yet, the harder we push the more burnout tightens its grip on us. There has to be a better way.
Let’s talk about how we can flip our mindset to lead ourselves in a healthy way — replace exhaustion with intentionality and bitterness with purpose. Not only can we defeat burnout for ourselves, we can also have a lasting impact on everyone around us. From your family life to your career, purpose will truly change everything.
Join Chad Wright, founder of Forward Partners, as we learn new ways of looking at burnout, hustle, and our responsibility as leaders.
This will be our first in-person luncheon for 2021, so we will be following certain rules in order to keep our members and community healthy. Guests attending are required to follow these rules:
- Guests will wear masks while moving throughout the venue. Once seated, you may remove your mask. When you leave your seat for any reason, you'll need to wear your mask.
- Only 4 people will be seated at each table
- Guests must be pre-registered in order to attend
- The event is only open to Chamber members
